    Dealing with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively

    This role requires you to manage an existing portfolio of customers to ensure that their strategic objectives are understood and solutions are presented to meet their technology requirements. At this level you will be well-versed in managing relationships with key contacts at mid to senior executive level from both an internal and external perspective. Further more through strategic analysis of your customer's requirements you will take ownership for the development and implementation of sales strategies.

    •Responsible for the daily direction and resource management of the Telemarketing Team and will contribute to the career development and performance review process
    •Manage a team of telemarketers and team leaders to achieve sales targets based on business plan
    •Identify opportunities for improvement within the call centre and implement changes appropriately
    •Determine appropriate allocation of Business Partner database to teams according to workload, team objectives and team strengths

    •'N' Level & Above
    •Have a Good Customer Service Attitude
    •Willing to Learn on Repair of Mobile Phones
    •Good in English
    •Willing to Accept Salary of $1,200 - $1,800 Exclude Commision.

    •Handle incoming calls with regards to booking and re-scheduling of appointments
    •Assist to transfer calls to different departments
    •Handle feedback and complaints from the public
    •Make outgoing calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments or outstanding bills

    •Lead and drive the project team to plan and implement mobile and wireless-fixed services with the best quality, in a cost effective way and within the timeline defined
    •Conduct research and market intelligence studies to gain insights for new service/content proposals
    •Manage and coordinate business projects with vendors and internal customers
    •Formulate the development strategies for data and messaging products & services
    •Evaluate potential of new products and services
    •Define the new products/services design and development plan
    •Monitor the service quality of the launched products and services

    • Bilingual with excellent communication
    • 2 3 years experience in leading a telemarketing team in the Call Center.
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Team player, reliable, with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
    • Target oriented.
    • Expertise In monitoring. evaluating and providing feedback to agents on performance. targets and quality.
