In the role you will be responsible for the strategic set-up of the Biostatistics function for international trials in Russia. This is new to the company, hence a very responsible position with a lot of authority.     * 3 to 4 years experience at similar position with proven track record of Sales 7 marketing of pharmaceutical products.
    * Exceptional leadership, selling 7 Communication skills.

Created Balance Line  in the production process to increase production efficiency
Production Planning to meet customers requirement base on existing process capability
Review, adjust and monitoring for production process to ensure that the actual plan meets the goal and is realistic with the current situation
To manage and training for production team
Experience in labor Union with Manufacturing Industry
