    Monitor & control the execution of the bulk order production are conform to the given approved Production T & A.
    Verify Production status information against the actual production at site.
    Identify the problems & give early alert to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time
    Counter check the correct fabrics and trims received by factory to the approved swatch and trim card.
    “Follow up chart” provided by the maker.
    Every week publish a Micro alert to merchandisers on deliveries to ensure “No last moment surprise “.
    Verify the cutting & spreading process to make sure factory cut correct size & color in the correct quantities.
    Consolidate and send the required production updates to the counterparts.
    Twice a month analysis the product risk and discuss with production manager and publish to QA, Wash tech, Merchant.

    Searching new clients/projects for prospective business
    Promotional activities in the relevant field
    Taking necessary action to achieve business & collection target
    Preparing prospect database with most recent follow-up for interior business
    Dealing with the client regarding sales of interior product as well as real estate
    Sourcing of marketing information from competitor business house required for making marketing strategy.
    Financial offer/ quotation preparation, submission & negotiation.

    Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales
    To expand customer base as well as to serve existing clients
    To achieve or exceed sales and profit targets set
    To be responsible for payment collection
    To conduct sales presentations/demonstrations whenever required
    To attend to customer's feed back, enquiries or other needs promptly
    Monitor and report on sales activities by weekly and monthly
    Co-ordinating and liaising with customers, head quarter.

    Male/Female maximum 30 years old
    Minimum D3 or S1
    Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing is a must
    Have experience in selling consumer goods product in modern markets is an advantage
    Target oriented
    Must have driving license and own vechicle
    Fluently in English

    •To administrate the database for the Loyalty Program
    •To assist in conducting any market research & customer satisfaction surveys.
    •To consolidate all feedback from guests and tabulate report accordingly.
    •To carefully handle guests’ queries on Events & Venue bookings and/or feedback on Product & Services.
    •To co-ordinate with Service Ops and Kitchen Ops in the logistics for any contracted Function/Event.
    •To maintain an organized and systematic filing system with all records and information updated at all times.
    •Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management.
