    Provide a high level of technical consultancy to our customers focused on creating pipeline to grow the business. Working closely with Account Managers and providing an interface for the customer in regard to all technical issues in the sales cycle. Improve the knowledge of the sales community about the Cisco product portfolio. Support relationship with key customers and identify technical and market developments.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, managing and controlling the marketing services environment of the company.
    • He/she will define strategic objectives and broad plans of action for the marketing function of the company as well as initiate appropriate changes in line with the direction of the company with a view to ensuring thatthe company’s revenue targets are achieved and that customer lifetime value is enhanced.
    • The occupier of this office will also be responsible (inter-alia) for developing and mamtaining a product portfolio plan as well as positioning, implementmg and managing the advertisement and promotions portfolio of the company.

    * Ensure quality, accuracy and timely submission of monthly accounting returns to AfricaRice Centre Headquarters in Cotonou;
    * Review and analyse monthly reports (statement of expenditure);
    * Monitor Store Requisitions, Purchase Orders and delivery of requests for suppliers;
    * Maintain schedules of Fixed Assets with appropriate filling system;
    * Highlight issues arising for follow-up as well as the reconciliations of various general ledger account balances;
    * Review and verify AfricaRice Staff Travel and other general claims
    * Assist in budget preparation for Nigeria operations.

    - Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and/or electrical/electronic repairs of container handling cranes and RTGs are maintained in a cost effective manner, with consideration given to quality work and longevity of equipment.
    Reads job order and plans work procedures.
    - Carries out electrical/electronic maintenance and repair service for all crane equipment. Disassembles units and inspects equipment.
    - Provides maintenance and repair services for container handling gantry cranes and RTGs.
    - Ensures that emergency work is followed up by reporting to the Crane Engineer
    - Carries out electrical/electronic maintenance repairs, fault finding and monitoring of equipment.
    - Submits routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports, ensuring log book is accurate and up-to-date.
    - Ensures work conforms to safety rules and regulation.

    The core activities in the Cluster comprise ICD services, container sales, export stuffing, trucking and EMR services. CIS mainly renders services to shipping lines but is increasingly involved in delivering services directly to importers and exporters.
    The Cluster’s Finance function renders financial services to all legal entities within the cluster: ICT Nigeria Ltd., Lilypond Nigeria Ltd. and CIS Link Benin S.A. The present finance function comprises 6 employees in Nigeria and an additional 2 in Benin.
    The position is based in Lagos – a cosmopolitan, thriving metropolis with an excellent quality of life, numerous international schools and a large expatriate community.

    - Ensure that the cranes and other equipment is maintained in a safe and reliable working condition in accordance with planned preventive maintenance program and to identify and rectify repetitive problems.
    - Monitor and develop Crane maintenance staff to ensure technical skills are maintained to current required standards.
    - Ensure that breakdowns are repaired promptly, and that the repair work does not disrupt the Operations.
    - Ensures that planning, scheduling, and unscheduled repairs are carried out efficiently and cost effectively, with quality service.

    Provide 1st line support to all Law enforcement agents
    Monitoring subscriber’s criminal usage and reporting to Law enforcement
    Law enforcement monthly reporting
    Educate Law Enforcement agents on various fraud indicators in the call records
    Understanding of the NCC regulations as it relates to provision of call records
