    To formulate and execute marketing & strategies campaigns for the company’s portfolio.

    Accommodation - Planning and co-ordination of accommodation requirement as per the Project Manpower Histogram provided by the Project Management. Periodic inspection of accommodation arrangements for janitorial services, cleaning standards, housekeeping, general hygiene, catering, maintenance, cooling systems etc. Scrutinize the suggestions/complaints raised by the camp residents. Try and sort out if within the scope or project/follow up the problem with the management if required.

    Fully acquainted with all the fields and lab test knowing preparing of design mix of concrete and asphalt and can deal well with the consultant and client. Candidate interested to relocate to Oman only apply for the job.

    Graduate in civil engineering should be able to prepare construction programme in Primavera & MS Projects in addition to preparation of 'S' Curve ,Manpower histogram etc.Should evaluate project progress against historical indicators on Weekly basis and interact on daily basis with Client/Consultant/Sub Contractors regarding progress of work. Co-ordinate with engineering & procurement department regarding interfacing of construction activities,materials & equipment availability.Implement cost efficient method for Construuction,following design approvals,shop drawings approval.Keep watch on various activities of project i.e delivery of materials site clearance,'Holds'etc and updating the Project Manager.

    To develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission, vision and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the organization. Oversee company operations to ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

    Experience working at the same level with an international Real Estate Development Company.

    Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for all the account payments, preparation

    of financial statements and other reports, analyze trends, report organization's

    finances to management, offer suggestions about resource utilization, forecast budgets,

    analyze variance between budget and actual performance (exception reporting) and

    implement accounting procedures and policies.

    He/ She is one who should have worked with Consultants besides contractors and should be able to develop relationships. Should be familiar with the latest lighting design packages available in the market. Will closely co-ordinate with consultants for approval and with contractors for securing major lighting project orders.
