Mole Valley District Council is looking to recruit a full time Web Editor. This is a new role in the Council, reporting into the Communications team, but also working closely with the new Customer Service Unit.
Acting as moderator for the sites as well as Editor, there will be responsibility for the day to day content management of the Council’s and Dorking Halls’ web site as well as involvement in the management of other Council web sites. The first priority will be to re-design the existing Council’s website, working as part of a small internal project team.

• Expertise in PHP and working knowledge in ASP.
• Minimum 4 years experience in web design and development.
• Able to develop dynamic robust websites independently.
• Experienced in Multilingual web development.
• Transferable Residency.

Required to teach ACCA student. Requirement in computer: MCSE, CCNA, Oracle certified and in accountancy ACCA, CMA, CPA preferred.

Wanted in Jeddah. BS in Computer Science, VB. Net, C#, SQL Server, Web and Windows Desk top Applications skills and experience in same position for more than 2 years, Transferable qama and his own transportation is required.

Participate in various web application developments for both enterprise-wide and client's project
Acting as global technical engineer to support and maintenance corporate web applications
Analyze user's requirements to design, develop and implement to new or existing services/applications
Attend management strategies success by providing initiative of technologies to support

The ability to determine the best approach to the software design to meet the deadlines.
Is not self taught but rather has had exposure to best practices and has solid commercial experience with the required technologies.
Ability to produce quality technical design documents.
Consistently develops quality code by unit testing etc, to help make the test cycles more productive.
Work closely with QA to identify and solve issues.
