Responsible for providing telephone support for customers on operation or maintenance of Dell products.
Assist phone customers by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.

Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.

Customer Care Consultant
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the link between a business and its customers. In general, a CSR is the employee responsible for maintaining good will between a business organization and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing advice or assistance in utilizing the goods or services of the organization.

Has to conduct Face-to-Face presentations to the customers on behalf of the company’s client.
Set his/her performance goals and monitor the progress of his/her performance with his/her Corporate Trainer and Management Team.
Has to attend the 48-hrs Foundation Training Program in sales and marketing, leadership, and management.
