•Front Office Work - To receive visitors and take charge of booking of meeting rooms. Serve beverages to visitors/guests whenever necessary. To accept, sort and process all incoming materials/documents. To maintain general tidiness of reception area/lobby
•Administrative duties; Filing of documents, data entry, scanning/photocopying etc.
•To undertake any other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time

Perform Accounts Payable functions
Ensuring approvals and verifications are obtained before invoices are processed for payments
Monthly bank reconciliation
Preparing of back-charges invoices
Checking daily bank transactions
Making payments through cheques and GIRO
Ad-hoc assigned

1.Responsible for planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes concerning production by liaising with all relevant departments.
2.Deseminate the information and plan to the production floor.
3.Develop corrective and preventive action plans to improve quality and production performance with the Quality Department.
4.Assist the Production Manager in all areas concerning production matters.
5.Alert the Production Manager of any possible delays.
6.Responsible in implementing company safety policies.

•Day-to-Day accounting functions including Voucher preparation and entering accounting data in System.
•All Banking operations including cash handling and Bank Reconciliation.
•Reconciliation with Vendors and Head Office accounts
•Fixed Assets accounting and verification.
•Administrative functions as per need.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Payables

•Prospect, promote and sell online advertising space to new companies
•Liaising with customers on their enquiries and service existing clients.
•Prepare presentation materials and contracts for clients.
•Required to do presentation to clients on company products and services.

•To administrate the database for the Loyalty Program
•To assist in conducting any market research & customer satisfaction surveys.
•To consolidate all feedback from guests and tabulate report accordingly.
•To carefully handle guests’ queries on Events & Venue bookings and/or feedback on Product & Services.
•To co-ordinate with Service Ops and Kitchen Ops in the logistics for any contracted Function/Event.
•To maintain an organized and systematic filing system with all records and information updated at all times.
•Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management.

•Processing of staff claims & expense
•Verify invoices against PO
•Prepare and process payments which involve local & foreign currency
•Data entry into accounting system
•Invoicing & Resolving invoice discrepancies
•Debt collection
•Assist in month end closing activities
