Experience and job nature - min 8-15 years of exp in handling the total accounting functions independently of a factory setup or manufacturing outlet. Knowledge about taxation, budgeting, accounting practices, MIS etc is very essential. Knowledge of accounting software/advanced accounting software would be beneficial but is not essential for this position. Will prefer some one from FMCG background. Candidate will deal with entire factory/unit accounting so should have vast exposure to all accounting practices in a manufacturing/FMCG setup.

Manager Operations is responsible for managing Help desk personnel and all Operational functions related to providing technical Support Services to field representatives. It also includes call Forecasting, Staffing and Scheduling of Analysts, Basic Operational Processes (Various Queue Monitoring), Operational Reporting, etc. Main area of accountability is to ensure that call volume is handled within agreed-to SLAs (ASA, Abandoned rate, First Call Resolution, etc.) and that quality thresholds are met (Customer Satisfaction, Quality Scores, etc.). Span of control also include QA, Training and Remediation, as well as Reporting. This position is also responsible for Client engagement activities (Client management), as appropriate.

•Shall be responsible for the execution of the construction activities, civil & interior projects.
•Responsible for maintaining quality & timely completion of project.
•Ensure all works are carried out as per relevant drawings, specifications & ensure standard of quality & accuracy.
•Exposed in areas of interior works execution, civil works, and coordinate with in house architect & contractors, suppliers on the site.
•Able to supervise structure & interior works and be able to read shop drawings.

Diploma / B.E. (Civil Engineer) with 5 to 10 years experience of industrial and institutional Building construction work, checking bills, monitoring day to day activities, DPR, planning and capable of handling the site the independently. Knowledge ,
