Job Description/
Responsibilities
 Candidate screening & scheduling interviews
 Managing staff files
 Sickness and Absence Management
 Daily Attendance & coordination with Finance Department
 Development and Maintenance of Procedures and Processes
 Prepare Offer letters & Employment Contracts
 Coordinate with admin department with Call Center staff requirements such as salary certificates, visas, ID cards, passport requests etc..
 Handle all leave requests for the Call Center
 Management Reports
 Staff Relations
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint).
 Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization.
 Ability to deal confidentially with information and issues.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to confidently speak and deliver induction sessions to new staff.
 Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
 Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish goals.
 Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
