The Candidate is required to take the entire responsibility of construction activities at the given Site and carryout all stages of construction in co-ordination with the Sr. Project Engineers / Project Manager / Chief Engineer in all aspects. Successful completion of the construction activities at the project Site is the selected candidate’s responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Diploma - Civil, B.Tech/B.E. - Civil) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
• Civil Engineers with Diploma or Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years Site Experience
• As the Company is specializing in Apartments construction, the candidate’s experience should preferably relate to Apartment Construction in reputed Companies.

The Company was founded by Shri G.R.Natarajan, a 1929-batch, qualified Engineer from Guindy Engineering College, the then Madras Province. He started his professional career with the internationally well known Civil Engineering Firm Gannon Dunkerly.
Mr.N.Sairam, Partner, S/o.Late G.R. Natarajan is incharge of entire day-to-day operation of the company with all its construction projects. Er. Balakrishnan, B.E. (I.R.S.E) another Partner of the company looks after the day-to-day construction activities with his team of Qualified Engineers posted at various sites.
Mr.N. Sairam, was instrumental in the steady growth of the company since 1979 in all construction activities, spreading its wings through out Chennai City earning a well deserved Goodwill and reputation as a reliable Promoter with quality construction and client-friendly approach. His vast knowledge and rich experience in the construction industry is well respected and he introduced many innovative techniques to ensure high quality construction and structural stability in all the projects under the Brand Image of GRN.
The Company has nearly 200 completed Projects to its credit, both Residential and Commercial, with about 12.5 Lakhs Sq.ft. Floor Space. Presently about 25 Projects are being handled with a floor space of 3 Lakhs Sq.ft. which are expected to be completed successfully by the middle of 2012. In addition, negotiations are under way to develop various properties for constructing Residential / Commercial Complexes with a Floor Space of 50000 Sq.ft.
