THE POSITION
In the role you will be responsible for the strategic set-up of the Biostatistics function for international trials in Russia. This is new to the company, hence a very responsible position with a lot of authority. You will have broad decision-making powers and your impact will be augmented by the fact that you will also recruit and train new talents for the company impacting the new generation of leaders. In summary you will be responsible for:
-strategic set-up of biostatistics function for global trials
-strategic building, training and developing of a Biostatistics team
-(some) business development and function improvement
