•Develop a sales strategy for the Asiaregion.
•Deliver a strategic road map for sales and new business opportunities.
•Manage new business and sales opportunities from initial lead to closure.
•Take a lead role & initiative on creating new business.
•Establish and maintain a business forecast, pricing and margins.
•Provide monthly reports on all business activities.
•Create and deliver client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop a sales strategy for the Asiaregion.
•Deliver a strategic road map for sales and new business opportunities.
•Manage new business and sales opportunities from initial lead to closure.
•Take a lead role & initiative on creating new business.
•Establish and maintain a business forecast, pricing and margins.
•Provide monthly reports on all business activities.
•Create and deliver client presentations.
•Understanding of client needs and be able to convert to opportunity.
•Proactively network or engage with relevant associations.
•Work closely with the IRG client product developers.
•Be able to provide detailed client needs relating to product specification.
•Focus to product margins and account for program delivery costs.
•Be a professional and first class ambassador to the IRG Group.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
•Having an understanding in materials used for global lifestyle phone case carrying solutions.
•Knowledge in the Asiamobile phone market and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
•Appreciation in natural leathers, man-made synthetics, and plastics.
•A reasonable understanding the digital device carrying needs.
•Good proven negotiation skills, demonstrating ambition with style.
•Awareness on required industry standards.
•Have research methods and solutions to create opportunity.
•Interest in use of mobile device technology and manufacturing.
 
Other Requirements:

•Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
•Full 5 years’ experience from an associated industry.
•Energetic and able to travel in the Asiaregion with exceptional customer facing presentation skills.
•Good all round team player with easy ability to travel in Asiaregion.
•Able to support the needs of the business both in and out of normal office hours.
•Punctual, Smart and well-presented articulate character.
•Self-motivated and able to work independently.
•Commercial understanding with interpersonal and strong communication skills.
•Excellent Mandarin and very good spoken English and written communications.
•PC skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
