Responsibilities
•Perform finance and treasury functions for the Group independently
•Handle budget, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting
•Ensure internal controls & reporting are in compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations
•Ad hoc / special projects assigned by management

Requirements
•Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/Finance with CPA qualification
•Trained in Big 4 audit firms with at least 8 years solid accounting experience
•Strong technical accounting and familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices
•Experience in cost analysis and group consolidation
•Familiar rules and regulations for listed companies in Hong Kong is preferable
•Strong in communication and problem solving
•Stationed in China is required

COMPENSATION
We offer an attractive compensation package to the right individual. Applicants with current annual package less than $1 Million should not apply.
