Currently we are looking for capable and independent individual for the following positions as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering for the position of Resident Engineer
- Familiar with common practice in reinforced concrete and structural steel construction for private development projects
- Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PRC construction codes and practice would be an advantage
- Ability to speak or understand Putonghua would be an advantage
The above position based in Guangzhou will be on a contract basis to provide site supervision work for the construction phase of a prestigious tall building project. The contract is for at least 18 months and may be lengthened subject to project development. Standard working hours will be 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off. Attractive remuneration package with gratuity will be offered to the successful candidates.
