The position holder will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer and will take on the role at the management level and be responsible for all finance matters for the Company together with significant strategic decision-making opportunities.
The position holder will be leading a Finance team for which he or she will have the autonomy to expand on and his/her scope of work will also entail supervision and review of current financial systems and processes with a focus on improving efficiency within the Company.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters, including monthly accounts closing, management reporting and tax matter
•Report to Group Financial Controller and manage the Finance Division in PRC
•Provide assistance and direction to the group's entities regarding financial matters
•Analyze reports, reconcile group accounts, cash flows and working capital management
•Provide budget preparation & forecasting to Management to support business objectives
•Review work processes, policies and procedures, identify area of improvements and strengthen internal control in area of finance
•Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies
•Liaise with auditors, tax, regulatory and exchange authorities, corporate secretary and bankers
•Evaluate new business projects and provide feasibility assessment (that include financial forecasting)
•Set up and monitor internal audit and systems
Requirements
•CPA and a qualified degree holder in Accounting with strong background in internal and external audits
•At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of four years at management level.
•Exposure in tourism industry and managing overseas entities will be an advantage
•Demonstrate strong leadership & interpersonal skills
•Keep abreast with the statutory financial requirements
•Detailed oriented, good business acumen and analytical
•Good written and spoken communication skills
•Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
