Incharge of Internal Audit Team.
Responsible all internal audit
Monitor daily production for quality and supervise all daily routine activities done by audit team and ensure the inspection process are being done and followed in proper way to avoid any failure.
To discuss with team regarding their daily activities and findings and report to technology Asst. Manager.
To conduct inline/Final inspection with confirming the inspection process is being followed during inspection.
To follow up Lab testing protocol for product safety as per set procedure.
To ensure corrective action has done if any inspection files during audit and instructs related during inspection.
Follow up size set/ PP meeting/ Sewing ans Washing first out put as aell as pilot run audit with team and keep related department updated regarding any discrepancies.

To gather all information regarding pre production , first of production shade/ Band/ Share with team to make them understand.
Evaluate of PPS/FOP/Shade band/ prior sending to buyer.
To attend to PP meeting to illustrate and share the details of discrepancies and be aware of style wise requirement.
To share knowledge information with team members for keeping up them date and motivation

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements
5 to 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Dying & Finishing)

Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Strong commitment to health and development, an open mind - set, flexible attitude as well strong interpersonal skills.
Prefer experience in Buying house or similar job.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferable working experience in US & UK brands.
Expert knitting Garments.
Poses a good knowledge about knitting factory.
A systematic individual with a capability to handle a lot of information independently.
Be a good team player.
