Job Description / Responsibility
Searching new clients/projects for prospective business
Promotional activities in the relevant field
Taking necessary action to achieve business & collection target
Preparing prospect database with most recent follow-up for interior business
Dealing with the client regarding sales of interior product as well as real estate
Sourcing of marketing information from competitor business house required for making marketing strategy.
Financial offer/ quotation preparation, submission & negotiation.
Assisting Asst. Manager & Deputy Manager to prepare proposal for interior works & tender related documents.
Maintaining close liaison with relevant offices & companies to develop excellent market relationship
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly follow up & marketing report
Taking measurement and giving other technical support to the client
Completion of sales closing all formalities like quotation approval from the client, agreement with the client, sample approval and client correspondence, liaison & coordination.
Site / project visit and report submission to supervisor
Final bill submission to the client and client accounts settlement before handing over project
Project handover to the clients as per approved formats and keeping proper documents (approved quotation by client, work order, agreement, copies of any amendments, handover letter, certificate of completion etc.) against any projects.
Informing client about expire of maintenance period
Always keeping contact with the superior and maintaining all administrative & regulatory discipline with due respect and working in harmonious team sprit
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
The candidate should be Masters in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing) with good academic track record and proven ability in managing large marketing and sales operation.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
The candidate must have to be computer literate.
