Job Description / Responsibility
Greet persons both internal and external while entering, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations.
Presents the Company professionally to all visitors and callers.
Receive letters, documents, parcels etc. and ensuring delivery of those documents/materials to respective persons and keeping all relevant records including recipient’s signature to the Register.
File and maintain records related to Admin as Front Desk Operation and Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
Control entire PABX System with maintain and update PABX list & Ensure the running and smooth flow of the telecommunication services.
Keep the reception organized and Keep record of the attendance system.
Maintain office store and admin related task.
Assist Administration section for assigned work as deemed appropriate.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate in any discipline. In terms of experience or smartness, educational requirement will be considered.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the relevant filed any reputed Real Estate / Multinational company or Group of Companies will get preference.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
The experienced applicants should have experience in the following area(s):-
Admin Executive, Front Desk, Reception, Service Executive.

Should have welcome attitude.
Must be Computer literate.
Must be smart, presentable and possess a pleasant personality.
Must have well manner and patience to handle people.
Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
Good telephone etiquette & Familiar with modern PABX System;
Fluent in both Spoken English & Bengali
