Job Description / Responsibility
IT System Management
Network Support.
PC troubleshooting & Hardware Support.
Anti-virus Management.
Security Management of IT System
Software Implementation.
Carry out repair works of various software/hardware related problems
Ensure that the computer and accessories are in a serviceable condition.
Supervise Management Information System (MIS).
Administration of LAN, WLAN, Access point, Route, Switch, Firewall etc.
Enforces desktop standards and security.
Installation of PC’s and desktop applications including upgrades as assigned.
Computer Typing Speed will be satisfactory.
Performing any other assignment assigned by the higher authority.
Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. / Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical and problem solving skills.
Be particular and punctual in dealing with various software/hardware related problems and ensure that the prompt action is being taken in this regards.
Experience in Local Area Network(LAN)
Should be a quick learner and must have the capability to learn and implement new technology and challenge
Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently under tight deadline and willing to work under pressure.
Any other job assigned by the management.
