Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Greeting, assisting customers and wrapping sales.
Arranging quotations and following up.
Arranging receipts and following up payments.
Arranging & following up deliveries
After sales services
Supervising & managing showroom
Assist all activities performed by the female MD - day to day secretarial and general administrative tasks.
Work independently & handle confidential information.
Coordinate internal/external activities, coordinate within team.
Standard work time - Tuesday to Saturday from 10am - 5pm.
Qualifications
Female age 35 - 40
Minimum of "Bachelor Degree” or a "Professional secretarial education” with a Diploma.
At least 5 years relevant work experience as a PA.
Fluent computer skills: Internet, E-mail & MS Office, especially Excel.
Very well organized & detailed oriented.
Multi-tasker & a quick learner.
Confident, mature, responsible & honest.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken & written English skills.
Able to sell - like selling
Able to handle stock
Understand furniture trends, like decoration. (Able to understand what customers want. Understand different tastes in furniture)
Nice personality, well presented, positive attitude, enthusiastic, mature, patient & self motivated
Salary: N/A baht/month + commission after probation
