Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Plan, review and develop Preventive Maintenance system.
Monitor and control spare parts for machines to match the plan.
Coordinate and work with Production Supervisor to implement the Preventive Maintenance plan and report and develop the maintenance data.
Monitor and report the cost of maintenance and initiative the cost saving projects.
Report and analyze the Preventive Maintenance plan or schedule including the break down report.
Contact outside suppliers for advice and organize training

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanic or Industrial Engineer or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in Preventive Maintenance systems in manufacturing, preferably food or beverage industry.
Have knowledge or familiar with TPM or CMMS system will be advantage.
Strong result oriented, analytical and service mind skill.
Good English communication.
