Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales
To expand customer base as well as to serve existing clients
To achieve or exceed sales and profit targets set
To be responsible for payment collection
To conduct sales presentations/demonstrations whenever required
To attend to customer's feed back, enquiries or other needs promptly
Monitor and report on sales activities by weekly and monthly
Co-ordinating and liaising with customers, head quarter.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 years relevant working experience
Required language(s): mandarin, English and Indonesia
Resourceful with networking skills.
Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm for sales.
Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
Computer literate and good communication skill
Priority will be given to those with experience in the public, construction or agricultural sector
Basic salary, food and transport allowance, commission, and annual allowance .
Opportunity for promotion to higher level of management.
