The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is tasked to undertake urban renewal in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a holistic approach to urban renewal with redevelopment and rehabilitation as its core businesses.

Responsibilities:
The job holder will facilitate the effective implementation of the rehabilitation strategy by taking an active part in the planning, organization and implementation of all related activities, rehabilitation programs/schemes and projects.

Requirements:
The suitable candidate should be a degree holder in relevant building/ construction profession or housing management related discipline with not less than 6 years relevant working experience; or relevant professional qualifications (MHKIS/MHKIE/MHKIA/MCIOB/MHKIH) with at least 2 years post qualified working experience in the building/construction or housing management or related fields relevant to the job requirements.
