A leadership role with responsibilities for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets. The successful candidate will provide leadership towards the achievement of profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives.
Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region
· Build relationship with new and existing customers to ensure high level of client satisfaction
· Provide timely response to incoming enquiries and make focused efforts to close sales
· Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports
Requirements
· University graduate with at least 7 years of work experience in sales
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Minimum 3 years experience in managing sales and customer service team
· Ability to motivate and guide team
· Proven track record in achieving sales growth
· Proactive, results-oriented, a strong team player
· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
· Regional traveling is required
