Responsibilities:
•To administrate the database for the Loyalty Program
•To assist in conducting any market research & customer satisfaction surveys.
•To consolidate all feedback from guests and tabulate report accordingly.
•To carefully handle guests’ queries on Events & Venue bookings and/or feedback on Product & Services.
•To co-ordinate with Service Ops and Kitchen Ops in the logistics for any contracted Function/Event.
•To maintain an organized and systematic filing system with all records and information updated at all times.
•Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management.

Requirements:
•Diploma in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication from a recognized Polytechnic
•Min 1 year relevant experience
•Proficient in MS Office
•Good communication & interpersonal skills
•Effective team player
