Responsibilities:
•Processing of staff claims & expense
•Verify invoices against PO
•Prepare and process payments which involve local & foreign currency
•Data entry into accounting system
•Invoicing & Resolving invoice discrepancies
•Debt collection
•Assist in month end closing activities

Requirements:
•Minimum 'O' level with basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
•Proficient in MS office
•2 years experience
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to muli-task
