We are currently seeking a high caliber Documentation for Operations Manager. Based on site in Northern Alberta, you will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies.

Responsibilities:1
- Provides construction engineering and technical DFO support for large or mega projects
- Normally supervises two or more document control specialists or engineers
- Remains knowledgeable of requirements for applicable codes and standards on a project
- Coordinate the DFO aspects of the work in accordance with the requirements of the contract, scope of facilities and scope of services
- Responsible for compliance with Client Requirements regarding Final Documentation Deliverables
- Analyze and implement procedures to achieve DFO objectives
- Ensure quality and delivery of the DFO documentation in accordance with the agreed schedule and format
- Perform supervisory and training duties
- Initiate DFO quality control procedures and monitor workflows
- Recommend modifications to existing DFO procedures, systems and methods of operation
- May be required to give presentations to Client, Project and Subcontractors
- Provide accurate Reports of DFO Progress, ability to develop progress tracking tools
- High attention to details and accuracy with a demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills is required
- Able to interface with chemical plant or refinery operations personnel

Basic Job Requirements
- Experience in Document Control, Document Management, Final Documentation Turnover
- Quality Documents Management
- Computer experience required (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Internet)
- Knowledge of Projects on Line (POL) if possible
