Responsibilities:
Set specific goals and standard that will support the plant and Corporate Goal as a whole.
Process Capability Improvement, Six Sigma, and Layered Process Audit.
Responsible for Manpower Budgeting, Production planning and Line balancing.
Work-in-process inventory control management.
Support other activities of other departements.

Requirements:
Candidate must posses a Professional/ College Degree in  Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, and others or equivalent.
Professional experience of at least 10 years  in a senior position in any Electronics Manufacturing field and with skills in any management fundamental tools.
Knowledgeable in TS 16949, EMS 14004, TQM (Total Quality Management tools),
Familiar with the control plan, process flow and has a capacity in manpower planning, layered process audit, visual tool and lean management.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Intercultural/ International Experience is not required but advantage in the position.
