As we continue to grow our Award Winning Financial Planning business across Australia, we are seeking applications from experienced Financial Advisers looking for a change.

Yourrole accountabilities:
•Assisting clients to identify and meet their financial goals by conducting review meetings and recommending appropriate strategies, products and service options.
•Using financial planning tools and technology to provide on-going quality and compliant advice and documentation.
•Liaising with the Branch network to provide training and identify opportunities for attracting new business.
•Providing outstanding client service by building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients and key stakeholders.
•Managing your own performance to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.
•Identifying any needs for an external specialist and providing the appropriate referrals
•Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to your own personal and professional development.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes, skills and experience:
•A passion for building and developing their Financial Planning career within a market leader.
•RG146 compliant in the following generic areas: Generic knowledge; Managed investments; Life insurance; Superannuation; Financial Planning, Securities and Skills
•Proven previous performance in a Financial Planning related role.
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful business relationships with key clients.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Strong business acumen, including a demonstrated understanding of factors currently affecting the financial services industry.
•A current and unrestricted driver's license.

With access to a range of financial planning tools and resources (including technical services, research support, Paraplanning, compliance and professional development training) you will be supported and encouraged to meet your career goals. Special Conditions apply –Employment will be within Commonwealth Financial Planning, a division of the Colonial First State, and will be subject to conditions of a Colonial Employment Agreement.
