Required skills/experience
•Development of Service Catalog, Service Catalog Management process and Request Fulfilment process including integration of supplier based ITIL v3 Service Management with client ITIL v2 and v3 Service Management using automated bridging via an ESB (Enterprise Servces Bus).
•Detailed application of infrastructure technology, tools and concepts to attain project/business unit objectives. Ability to apply this knowledge without direct guidance. Demonstrates the required proficiency levels for technical infrastructure skills.

Communicates with other professionals (project managers, architects, IT specialists, consultants, and sales professionals) in the team on tools, technology and methodology related to the design and development of infrastructure solutions, and participates in their evaluation and design.

About the Role:
The duties and responsibilities of the Architect include:
•Must have E2E Service Management experience including Service Catalog Management and Request Fulfilment in a client facing ITIL v3 environment
•Performs the role of technical lead on the project(s) to understand the wants / needs / requirements / goals of the customer.
•Develops business, system, component and detailed requirements (functional and non-functional)
•High level of Service Management experience as Architect. Key requirements – data mapping for ITIL v3 processes including Service Catalogue Management, Request Fulfilment.  Experience with interfacing Service Management process and tool sets via an ESB (Enterprise Services Bus) including data mapping between different process and tool sets.
