• Graduation or Post graduation in Quality management or business studies with a medical and or allied health medicine background.
• Along with academic qualification, proven work experiences are also necessary with a minimum 5 years of experience in the same post
• Certificate courses of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or Chartered Management Institute (CM!).
• Previous experience in obtaining international accreditation certification.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills (English and Arabic).
• Planning and project management leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer focus and good business sense.
• Familiarity with a range of quality standards and models.
