Java Developer - Financial Services
A Hugely respected European Giant seeks the best Java/J2ee Developers in Dublin for a new role within a financial services giant. Huge sums have been spent on their technical infrastructure and there are few companies with such a flair for examining new technologies and integrating these in to their technical infrastructure.

Key functions of the role:
* Translating functional requirements into a detailed architecture and design
* Building solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Organising the estimation of development work
* Managing more junior developers to deliver the agreed functionality within agreed timeframes
* Perform regular code reviews to ensure the high quality of code delivered
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Essential skills required:
* 3-6+ years Java/JEE development experience
* Spring, Hibernate, Struts,
* Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server databases
* IDE's, preferably Eclipse
* JBoss or equivalent enterprise application servers

Skills nice to have:
* Unix/Linux background
* Webservices, EJB2.0/3.0, SEAM, JSF
* Front End, Ajax, CSS, Javascript EXT JS
