Reporting to the Head of Global Supply Chain, you are responsible for managing warehouse, inventory control, distribution and daily operation to drive for continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage warehousing team in Futian and setup related SOP and KPI
•Streamline the operation flow and process
•Ensure the availability of stocks for production and sales requirement
•Direct the monitoring and analysis of usage patterns, stock levels and ordering strategies
•Review, develop and implement systems and procedures for global logistics management and control
The ideal candidate should possess:
•Bachelor Degree holder inLogistics or Supply Chain Management
•Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing / operation management, in which 3 years at management level
•Hands-on experience in dealing with 3PL and service level control
•Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
•Excellent leadership, analytical, prioritizing and collaboration skills
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
•Stationing in Futian is required
