Job Responsibilities:
•Monitor and improve theproduction efficiency of various products (UPMH), reduce scrap rate and improve the one-time pass rate
•Co-ordinatewith other departments to improve production process and standardize production operations
•Participate in the program management of new products through arranging necessaryresources to meet the target delivery date of the sample
•Handle customers complaints on behalf of CNC Operations and develop capable, foolproof and cost effective processes to tackle the issues
 
Job Requirements:
•Degree holder or above in Mechanical/Engineering or other related disciplines
•At least 8 years CNC Machining & related process experience
•Experience in terms of debarring and measurement system analysis is preferable
•Six sigma Green or Black Belt qualification is preferable
•Good Leadership skills and communication skills
•Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Proficient in MS office
