Job Description / Responsibility
Implement and manage intellectual property strategies for various projects in collaboration with game development and production teams, with the goal of creating world-wide IP protection in line with strategic business goals
Oversee the procurement of actionable intellectual property across a broad range of games and applications to assure all copyright and patent applications filed and prosecuted will contain claims of the broadest possible scope and will withstand judicial scrutiny in litigation
Provide copyrightable, patentability, risk assessment, non-infringement and invalidity opinions as needed during the game development process.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, media and law or Intellectual Property specialization, or LLB / LLM degree from an accredited Law School.

Registered to practice as a copyright and patent attorney in Bangladesh

Experience with risk assessment, validity / invalidity, and copyright and patentability opinion work
Able to effectively counsel the game development and production team on IP and legal activities that might occur during the game concept and production phases
Ability to train the game development, production and marketing teams on legal and compliance issues associated with Intellectual Property
Strong familiarity with international copyright and patent practices
Working knowledge of government contract process
Self-motivating, and have ability to work independently and produce a high quality work product
Strong ability to communicate effectively with the members of a diverse team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with others
Ability to manage diverse workload and prioritize tasks
Highly organized and have a positive attitude
Proficiency to work across all functions / levels as part of a team, as well as independently
Demonstrated experience with patent portfolio building and management
Experience drafting and negotiating agreements
