Job Description / Responsibility
A CEO is responsible for planning & developing efficient business objectives & making strategic plan.
Effective decision making both in business & financial operation.
Analyze & distribute budget to different projects.
Decide expansions through manager & acquisition.
Supervise the operation on regular basis.
The person will be required to manage the overall department and other related aspects.
Supervise the marketing plan and distribution channel on regular basis.
He evaluates the profitability of the various plans formulated by different departments and discusses them with the board of directors.
He decides and implements the financial investment plans for the Department.
He has to analyze and distribute budgets to different projects.
He must ensure that the financial strategies are company’s cost effective and the revenues are maintained.
Besides focusing on generating revenues he also has to decide on expansions through mergers and acquisitions.

Educational Requirements
MBA or Equivalent in any discipline (preferably in Marketing) with good academic track record from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements
10 to 15 year(s)

He has to correspondence to every principal.
Having good computer, internet and communication knowledge.
Must be articulate and persuasive team leader.
Should have 8-10 years of experience in automobile/construction equipment engaged in world-class customer/brand out of which 4-7 years as in top level, managing overall functions of a company/project.
He has to move frequently all over the country.
Capable to handle the most critical styles with zero tolerance.
A sold knowledge of internationally accepted Quality Standard.
