Job Description / Responsibility
Analyze, Architect and Design applications and databases.
Develop international standard web application using ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, Crystal Report, JQuery, Ajax etc.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
Writes optimized code and complex SQL queries and objects.
Need to have good communication skill and should communicate pro-actively with team members.
Will be responsible for overall development process.
Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance and scalable deliverable

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in CS/ CSE or M.Sc in CS/ CSE.

Experience Requirements
4 to 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer/Software Engineer, Project Manager (Software), Software Architect, System Analyst, Team Leader (Software), Technical Lead (Software)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Must have experience in developing web-based ERP solution in asp.net and domain knowledge of Accounting, HR, Payroll, Inventory , and Procurement modules.
Must have knowledge and experience in C#.NET, Crystal Report, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQLSERVER2000/2005/2008 and client-side scripting preferably JQuery/ JAVASCRIPT.
Knowledge in HTML, DHTML and CSS.
Experience in ASP.Net MVC3/4 and ASP.Net 4/4.5 will get preference.
Must be fast learner and a self starter with high sense of urgency.
Having adequate knowledge in System Analysis, System Design and SDLC model.
Real life experience of handling multiple project at a time as well as experienced.
Candidates should provide their recent projects list with their application.
Must have can do attitude.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to meet deadline strictly.
