Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the strategic planning, management & development of Real Estate Business, ensuring its maximized profit. Important aspects of the role will include identifying new development opportunities as well as maintaining a positive image of the company by building relationship with the stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing) with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements
10 to 15 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Should have a rich profile with minimum 15 years of commendable track record with wide range of experience & expertise in the Real Estate out of which at least 10 years in similar senior level position.
The incumbent needs to have a strong track record in Real Estate Industry.
Strong inter-personal & presentation skill, leadership skill and team spirit, ability to generate professional reports, ability to conduct market research, proficient in media, PR know-how.
