Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Manage all tasks related to the R&D and tool design process for new products internal and feedback to HQ, as capacity planning, schedules, trainings, team set up, and feasibilities
Cross functional support to other departments.
Interface for internal and external tool manufacturing.
Coordinating activities concerning: CI, CIP, TPM, ISO 9000+14000, OHSAS 18000, environmental and safety measures related to R&D and tool design process.
Communication of company goals/targets to the R&D team, creating measures and follow-up on CPI and CI achievements
Update the R&D team on CAD/CAM development and training methods

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, prefer in IE, Tools and Die or Production Engineer
5-10 years experience in related field
Experience in multi-project management, product cost and controlling skill
Skills in Solid Edge, Unigraphics, SAP, MS Office, Visio
Very good English skill
