THE POSITION:
The Workers Compensation Case Managers in any organization are in integral part of the return to work process. This Case Management role is no different!

It is about developing relationships with workers and service providers, working with your team to provide needs based services to people with job related injuries in order to achieve the best possible outcome and durable independence for that individual.

THE PERSON:
To be successful in this rol you will need to have;
•12months+ experience in workers compensation case management
•A good South Australian and NSW legislative knowledge
•Knowledge of medical terminology
•Effective conflict management skills
•Great customer service skills
•Allied health qualification will be highly regarded
