Responsibilities:
1. Handles direct client and attend company's hot line telephone
2. Ensure that distribution of quotation is done effectively and efficiently
3. Maintain record of: application received, quotation issued, policy issued, etc
4. Prepare quotation and perform the follow up
5. Ensure that distribution of policy is done effectively and effciently
6. Prepare daily and monthly production report
7. Prepare renewal list and distribute to respective marketing executive, agent and client
8. Coordinator of schedule Surveyor
9. Assist reported Daily Performance Policy
10. Assist refund Premium & Agent Commisions
11. Sending SOA Report for Jakarta & Branches (every 1st of month)
12. Collecting by Phone, email Client
13. Prepare for Client profile to care system
14. Inputting Client profile to care system
15. Coordinate Quotation
16. Maintain Renewal Policy for Client or Insured by Phone and settle the renewal
17. Maintain result of Client Project such as Gathering, Contest and Gift
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): it / computer literacy, administration skill, Report Skill.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
