Duties
· Handle general office administration including office system maintenance, purchasing, payments and other clerical work.
· Handle general bookkeeping, basic accounting and secretarial duties.
· Assist in the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, presentations, management reports and any other relevant documents.
· Responsible for the input and upkeep of the company ERP system.

Requirements
· Min 3 years experience in general admin / bookkeeping / accounting duties.
· Independent, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and willing to work overtime when necessary.
· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
· Strong computer, organisational and communication skills.
· Experience in the gifts & premiums industry, Multiable ERP software or any general accounting software a distinct advantage.
