We are a well established publicly listed hotel group and are looking for a high caliber professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
· Supervise the accounting and finance team
· Oversee the group's financial reporting function to meet all regulatory requirements
· Conduct financial analysis to support the business operation
· Implement appropriate procedures, controls and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
· To support ad hoc projects, when needed

Requirements:
· Degree in accounting / finance
· Associate member of HKICPA or equivalent
· Familiar with accounting standards and listing rules
· Not less than 10 years experience as a senior member of a sizable group
· Analytical mind, strong business sense and proven leadership skills
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
· Must be able to work independently and under pressure
· Proven experience in computerization of Accounting and Management Information System
