The appointee will be required to (a) provide administrative support to student-related and academic programme-related matters; (b) provide support to the design, enhancement and operation of the systems in relation to student admission, registration, timetabling, examination result processing, record maintenance and student statistics reporting; (c) liaise with teaching departments or other central administrative offices, schools and external bodies; (d) supervise junior staff; and (e) provide secretarial service to committees and working groups.

Applicants should have (a) a recognised degree or an equivalent qualification plus at least five years' relevant experience; (b) a good command of English and Chinese; (c) knowledge of personal computer applications; and (d) good ability for committee work. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Remuneration package will be highly competitive.
