Role:
You will be a member of the Policy Replacement team, a multi-million dollar strategic initiative in its first development release.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this individual will ensure that all program artefacts are up-to-date and available when needed, to the program management team.
This individual must possess a desire to learn the details of the project and be able to leverage this knowledge in all activities undertaken in this role.
Unique to the casualty insurance industry in Canada, we are employing a SCRUM (Agile) delivery methodology to help our business partners achieve their desired value, showing them real project progress every 20 to 25 days.
The successful candidate will have the following accountabilities:
· Collect status and update project plans from
teams
· Collect and update project artefacts:
o Dashboards
o Seating plans
o Organizational charts
o Security requests
· Resource tracking and reconciliation including
timesheets, invoices and resource plans
· Documenting meeting agendas and minutes
Skilled Knowledge/Competencies:
· Experience using MS Office suite collaboration tools
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Well developed interpersonal skills
· Understanding of the software development lifecycle
