SAP CRM is a must. SAP knowledge (managed, tested, business analyst - preferably from a consumer goods perspective. A SAP certification not required but strong SAP background is preferred).

Project management skills, great communication skills. An understanding of Loyalty a plus.

- QA Program Manager for the Loyalty program.
- Very experienced and capable to manage a multi-vendor scenario
- Strong QA STLC understanding, with strong CRM/Loyalty background.
- Excellent communication skills
