Responsibilities:
Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and operation of all electrical/mechanical equipments.
Reviews, monitors and approves plan activities, constructions and renovations for all tenants
Responsible in preparing and estimating materials for certain projects and yearly budget for the Department.
Prepares billing consumption of power and water supply of all tenants.
Monitors and maintains fire trucks operations.
Prepares billing statements for Mall Tenants of all Engineering Staff who rendered services to them.
To ensure the conformance of the staff to the company policies.
Perform other management mandated functions

Requirements:
At least 23-27 years old
Must be graduate of engineering course preferably electrical or equivalent
At least 2-3 years experience on the same field
Knowledgeable in trouble shooting of power lighting and electronics works
Computer literate
Applicants must be willing to work in Manila
