Responsibilities:
Investigate the incident and quality allegations.
Coordinate and attend with customers, representative and laboratory personnel the submission of samples for analysis.
Arrange and direct attendance of inspector and surveyors to collect samples and assist with investigation.
Attend on board vessels and terminals to investigate quality  and quantity allegations.
Review laboratory results, purpose viable mitigation steps, negotiate with toll processors and disposal companies.
Prepare technical reports for claim adjuster and claim handlers.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
Familiar with laboratory sampling procedures methodology and protocol.
Knowledge on tank cleaning, load transshipment, and discharge procedures.
Fluent in chemical, technical, terminal and marine terminology.
Sound knowledge of chemicals traded in bulk, their regulations and end use.
Good customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent in business writing skills and communication.
