The ideal candidate should meet the below criteria:
    Mechanical Engineering Qualification with experience in Rubber/Polymer manufacturing environment
    Experience in handling and maintenance of heavy hydraulic equipment is a must
    You should have a strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines related to rubber & polymer manufacturing process or equivalent
    General maintenance activities of the factory, building, electrical & other would be your area
    Strong man handling skills to meet manufacturing targets with your maintenance staff is a must
    Self motivated person above 30 years of age with the ability to work with minimum supervision
    Applicants who live in close proximity to Negombo area would be preferred
    Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar capacity
    Should be willing to work at Badalgama (Negombo)
